Terms of service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Funneldoc turns a document you write into a web page we host for you. These terms cover your use of funneldoc.page, app.funneldoc.page, go.funneldoc.page and every page served at a yourname.funneldoc.page address (together, "Funneldoc" or "the service"). The service is run by Tsalamagkakis Georgios Christos, sole trader, Gythio, Greece, VAT EL161199459 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these terms.
1. What the service does
You paste a link to a Google Doc you have shared with "Anyone with the link", or paste text, and we turn it into a page at an address on our domain or on a domain you connect. We re-read the document when people open the page and update the page to match, unless you have paused updates for that page. We copy the images in your document to our storage so the page keeps working. We count views, unique visitors and button clicks on your pages and show them to you.
Forms. A form in your document becomes a form on your page. We store what visitors send through it for you, email each lead to you, and send it on to the tools you connect (Kit, MailerLite or a webhook address you give us). For your leads you are the controller and we act as your processor: we use them only to run these features for you. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect and use them, for telling your visitors what you do with their details, and for anything you do with them in other tools.
Tracking (Business plan). If you add tracking ids (a Meta pixel, Google Analytics, a TikTok pixel) or tokens for their server-side events, we load those tools on your pages and send them the events described in the guide. Visitors in Europe are asked first and the tools load only if they accept. Your use of those services is between you and them, under their terms. If your account moves to a plan without tracking or own domains, the tracking stops and your domains stop answering; your settings are kept for when you come back.
Your own domain (Business plan). You can point a domain you control at your pages. You are responsible for that domain and its records; the page stays reachable at your funneldoc.page address too.
The helper. Answers from the helper in your dashboard and the chat on our website are written by an AI model and can be wrong. Check anything that matters, or ask us.
We do not take payments on your pages or let you add custom code. Buttons on your pages link out to whatever address you put in the document.
2. Your account
One account has one name on our domain, chosen when you claim it. Names cannot be changed later and some names are reserved. You are responsible for what is published under your name and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must be at least 18 to use the service.
3. Your content
What you write stays yours. By publishing it through Funneldoc you give us the permission we need to store it, convert it, copy its images, serve it to visitors and show it to you in the dashboard. We do not use your content for anything else and we do not read it except to run the service or to handle a report.
Your Google Doc stays in your Google account. We only ever read it through the public export of a document you chose to share by link. Un-share it and we can no longer read it; the last version we have stays up until you remove the page.
4. What you may not publish
Pages must not contain, link to or be used for: anything illegal where you or your visitors are; scams, phishing, impersonation of a person or organisation, or misleading health, financial or earnings claims; malware or attempts to collect credentials; content that infringes someone else's rights; pornography; harassment; or spam. One page that gets our domain flagged by browsers or email providers hurts every customer, so we act quickly on this.
We may take a page or an account offline without notice if we believe it breaks this section, and we may refuse or end service to anyone. Every page carries a "Report this page" link; we look at every report.
5. Plans and payment
Plans are shown on the homepage: a one-time payment, a yearly subscription and a subscription billed every four weeks. There are two plans, Casual and Business, each paid once, yearly or every four weeks. Casual covers the pages product: unlimited pages under your name, updates from your documents, visitor counts, and forms with their leads sent to the tools you connect. Business adds ad tracking and your own domains. What each plan includes and costs is shown on the homepage before you pay. Moving from Casual to Business costs the difference: what you already paid counts. Prices are in US dollars and include VAT where it applies; the amount you pay is shown before you pay.
Subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial, once per customer. We take your card when you sign up and charge it when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then from Billing. We email you a reminder before the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account; your pages stay live until the end of the period you have paid for, then they pause. Paused pages are not deleted. Pay again and they are back.
A one-time payment covers the plan you bought as it exists and as it improves, for as long as we run it. It does not include a higher plan, or features we may sell separately later (for example course hosting or checkout).
A founders' price, where offered, is a permanent percentage off the plan price for as long as that subscription stays active. Cancel and it is gone.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.
30-day money-back guarantee: if Funneldoc isn't for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. For a free trial, that's the first charge after the trial ends. It covers every plan, lifetime included, once per customer.
Outside the guarantee, cancelling stops future payments without refunding past ones, without prejudice to the rights consumer law gives you where you live.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep pages up all the time but do not promise it. We may change how the service works, add or remove features, and change prices for new purchases. If a change would make your existing pages render worse, we try to keep the old behaviour working. We will tell you by email if we plan to stop the service, with at least 60 days to export your content (your documents are already yours; the pages are copies of them).
7. Limits of our liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost data, or any indirect loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; this removes your pages and their counts. We can end the agreement as described in section 4, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason, in which case we refund the unused part of what you paid.
9. The rest
These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Gythio, Greece, without taking away the protections consumer law gives you where you live. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
